Thursday 2nd October – one hill is just not enough!


A (different) three hill challenge.
Warm up towards the house then turn left, down to the lake, which is the starting point.
Run hard up the hill towards the house, when you get to the end of the fence on your left turn left and keep running hard up the grassy hill until you get to the second copse. Round the copse and recover ( jog if you can) to the start. The second hill is straight up to the house, recover to the start. (Please run on the left)
The third hill is round the rhododendrons all the way up to the house. Recover straight back down to the start. Start all over again.
