Thursday 29th October: The Ups & Downs of hill training


Meet as last week, on the cycle path opposite the entrance to the large field.

Hill pyramid.

Start at Mike’s tree ( point 1) Run hard up to the railings in front of the house. Recover to point 2 ( lower down the hill from Mike’s tree.) hard up to the house. Recover to point 3 etc. There will be 6 points. When you have done all 6 points, come down the pyramid. Elite do point 6 twice then 5,4,3,2,1.Rest do point 6 once, then 5,4,3,2,1. If you finish all that start again!!
