Meet as usual at our summer meeting place on the field near the house.
Dynamic warm up to the start on the opposite field.
An oval (ish) course will be laid out. When you hear the whistle run as far as you can until the hear the whistle blow again, then turn round and run back to the start.
The first set will be for 30 seconds, then 60 seconds, then 90 seconds etc.
The aim is to get back to the start in the same time – the more experienced runners will travel further around the course.
