Thursday 22nd November Kenyan Hills


A Detailed Explanation will be given on the night.Working close to the House on parkrun Hill. Participants should come with a goal pace they would like to run.  10k tempo pace is a good place to start (15-20 seconds slower than 10k race pace) or work to an 8 on the perceived exertion scale i.e. short sentences are possible although the session can be adapted to other goals e.g. marathon training.It might sound complex but will be good fun and fully explained on the night.
