Meet as usual on the grass field for 6.30pm start.
Warm up down to the lakes
This is a timed session so please remember to bring your watches if you have one.
Run down one side of the large lake, over the bridge up the other side, follow the path back to the lakes and over the bridge. Recover round the small lake and back to the start. Please make sure that you recover fully before running again.
The idea is to run every lap in the same time, whilst at the same time pushing and controlling your pace.
Gentle warm down jog back to the car park.
