Thursday 16th: Light up the hills


Usual warm up to the house

On the field in front of the house.
Pyramids.
Run from point one (a light!) up to the house. There will be 6 points getting further and further away from the house. Run 1,2,3,4,5,6,6,5,4,3,2,1.

Run up – recover back down the hill to the next light
