Thursday 14th April 2016 – Park Run Hills


Due to the inclement weather we have had to change tonight’s session.

Today is the first day of the 2016 beginners course – meet at the field near the car parks and join me in welcoming everyone onto the course.

Dynamic warm up to the top of the bridge at the bottom of the hill near the lake.  Run hard up either park run hill until it meets the other park run hill (you choose which you want to start on).  Recover back down the same hill you have just run up – remember to keep to your left.

Run hard up the other park run hill and then recover back down the same hill.  Continue hill sprints for as long as time allows.

Recover back to the meeting point for dynamic cool down.
