Thursday 12 April: TN Track, Speed session


Speed session to be done on track at Temple Newsam, so warm up essential and the recovery in between efforts is important.

Warm Up jog, dynamic stretching, drills, Strides.

2 X 200m with 200 m recovery. 2 X 400 m with 200m recovery,2 X 600 m with 400 m recovery, 2 X 200 m with 100 m recovery.

Cool down & stretches

Check the weather for appropriate clothing, sun cream (lol) and INSECT REPELLENT advisable. Please bring a drink as it’s thirsty work…
