Thursday 11th August 2016: 3 Hills


Meet at usual at our summer meeting place on the field near the house.

Warm up to the bottom Pegasus hill.

We will be using the three hills here – run hard up Pegasus hill, then recover back down the same hill.

Then run hard up the next hill and recover back down the same hill.

Repeat on the 3rd Hill.

Please remember to run and recover on the left hand side of each hill.

The improvers and those returning from a break or injury will be doing a modified version of this.

Cool down back to the house.
