Thursday 10th Jan 2019 – Around The House


Meet at the cobbled car park at the house – please park on the left and double park where necessary, leaving the right hand side free for boot camp (you may get blocked in if you park on the right).

Starting at the corner of the house near the house – run one full side of the house, jog the next, run the next side, jog the next – keep going for 8 minutes.  We will reverse after 4 minutes. Rest for one Minute.

Run 2 sides of the house, jog 2 sides of the house – repeat for 8 minutes. We will reverse after 4 minutes. Rest for 2 minutes.

Run 3 sides of the house, jog 2 sides – repeat for 8 minutes.  We will reverse after 4 minutes. Rest for 2 minutes.

Run 4 sides of the house, jog 2 sides – repeat for 8 minutes.  We will reverse after 4 minutes.
