Thursay 17th March 2016: Up Hill Pyramid


Meet as usual. Warm up to the house.
Up hill pyramid ON GRASS. Start at the point nearest the house, run hard up to the railings. Recover to point 2 ( lower down) run hard up to the railings, Recover to point 3 and so on. There will be 6 points. When you have run up from point 6, go down the numbers. If you finish before time is up, start again!!

Run back to meeting point and stretch.
