Meet as usual.

Warm up to start which is half way down main path from house to lake.

Run hard up fence line to first copse, recover round copse and return to start.
Run hard up fence line to second copse, recover round copse and return to start.
Do same to copses 3 and 4.
Repeat as many times as you can in the time allowed.
