Meet on the cycle path as usual for 6.30pm start.
Warm up and meet at the near corner of the house.
Run in pairs or groups. First person runs hard to Mike’s tree(parkrun finish) and back then rests. Partner does the same then rests. Runner 1 runs hard anti clockwise round the stable block then rests. 2nd runner does same. 1st runner runs over cobbles between stable block and amphitheatre, left up road, left along road, left over cobbles back to start. 2nd runner does same. 1st runner runs round house, 2nd runner does same. Repeat as many times as possible in the time.
Don’t forget lights and light coloured clothing!!
