Warm up and meet at SE corner of house.
Circles round the stable block. Run with a partner, or larger group. ANTI-CLOCKWISE-You do a lap, partner rest. Partner does a lap, you rest. You do two laps, partner joins you on second lap. Carry on until you have done four (elite do one 5 lap ) laps then CLOCKWISE come down the number of laps.
Return to cars and stretch.
