Warm up to Templenewsam and meet at the SE corner of the house.
It’s the clover leaf this week. You run to Mike’s tree and back as hard as you can, your partner then does the same, you rest. You run round the stable block, rest. Run across the cobbles up the short hill to the road, along the road back to the start, rest. Round the house, rest. All running should be done as hard as you can.
