Meet as usual in the field near the house for 6.30pm start.
Jog to start of session which takes place on the path through the woods towards Bullerthorpe Lane.
Run hard up first hill to finger post. Recover down to bridge. Run hard up towards Bullerthorpe Lane until you see a marker. Turn round and recover to bridge. Run hard up to finger post. Recover down to start. Turn round and do it all again and again etc. Some groups may wish to continue the uphill section towards Bullerthorpe Lane.
Jog back to meeting point and STRETCH.
