Thurs 16th: Running to the Copse


DON’T FORGET – new meeting point, near the roundabout close to the house – please use the car park near the house

Dynamic warm up on top field.

In teams of four. Two start near house, run hard to and round copse back to start. Recover whilst other pair do the same.
First pair do same but round different copse.
We will use three different copses.
Carry on until time is up.
