Thurs 13th: The only way is up


Meet as usual outside the fishing shop opposite the brown cow & dragon pub

Steady jog to the house

Starting with the nearest light on the main path up to the house, run hard up to the railings, recover back down the path to the 2nd light. Run hard up to the railings, recover back down to 3. repeat through all the lights, then work your way back up 6,5,4,3,2,1

Please keep left whether you are running up or recovering down

Steady run back to the meeting point for stretches.
