Meet as usual and jog to Mike’s tree.
Hill sprint pyramid.
Start at Mike’s tree and run hard to the house railings (not 5 metres short!!) Run on the LEFT at all times.
Recover down the hill to a point further down than Mike’s tree, run hard to railings.
There will be 6 points in all, getting further down the hill towards the lake.
When you have ‘done’ all 6 points, do them in reverse!!
Meet back at the house and jog back to meeting point. Don’t forget to stretch.
