Thurs 11th: The 3 hill challenge


Meet as usual on the field near the house for 6.30pm start

Warm up towards the house and to the bottom of the Tarmac hill (Pegasus hill) towards the motorway. Run hard up that hill. Recover down the ‘middle’ hill, run hard up there, recover down the grassy hill, run hard up there. Do it all again and again until time is up.

Steady jog back to meeting point
