On Sunday 31st August three teams will be running for STAC in the Leeds Country Way Relay. The race comprises of 6 pairs of runners in each team, running a leg (section) around the actual LCW route of around 10 miles in length
An approximate total of 64 miles are covered with the winners finishing in around 7 hours.

For those running the race your team captain’s – Mark Abdy (Alpha), Helen Swallow (Bravo) and Joanne Loftus (Charlie) have your race numbers and final details, please speak to them directly to arrange pick up.

For those not running please feel free to come and support us in our efforts. The race starts at 8am from the Squash Club in Garforth and our three teams should cross the finish line between 3pm and 430pm.
There will be a prize giving and post race celebratory pint or two to be had in the Podger pub in Garforth after the race and it would be fantastic to see you there.
