SUITABLE for ALL
Warm up then starting at the South West corner of Templenewsam House run hard and back to one the 3 copses over the field. Recover with walk or slow run round copse which is next to the South West corner of the House. Repeat with next copse, then third copse. Progressives can have this session adapted to their abilities.
Warm down and stretches.
