Thursday Nights @ 6.30pm

We also have two groups which meet on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm. We run in Temple Newsam and surrounding areas.

From Thursday 22nd October, we will be meeting at the start of the cycle/foot patch leading from Temple Newsam to Colton. Directions to this are: from the Brown Cow pub, down the road towards Temple Newsam over the mini roundabout and just a bit further down on your left is the cycle/foot path – opposite the entrance to the field.

Parking is up to you – please do so responsibly and in well lit areas. You will not be able to park on the road near the cycle path, however there are streets nearby to use, or if you fancy a run-in use Sainsburys and run to Temple Newsam.

Thursdays are an opportunity for runners at all levels to improve their fitness and technique.

  • Established runners of all abilities – improve your speed and core fitness within a programme designed for all.
  • Improvers- Want to be able to run for more than 30 minutes? We can help you improve your speed and stamina with others of similar ability.
  • Beginners – Course starting in April 2016 – further information to follow in the new year.
