Bluebell Run


Thursday will be hills towards Bullerthorpe Lane.
Start inside the fence ( this is at the far side of the hill that leads down from the Temple) run hard
uphill to finger post. Jog recover down to lake. ELITE carry on and run hard to
top of rise, jog recover to lake.
The rest, get to lake and turn round, run hard uphill to finger post. Jog
recover to start. Repeat as many times as time will allow.
