Applications for the 2017 Beginners Course are now open. The course is designed to take a complete beginner with no running experience from walking to running non stop for 30 minutes by the end of the 12 week period – if you are currently running then this course is not for you.
Unfortunately, due to popularity of this course, and anticipated high demand, we will only consider applicants who haven’t attended the course in previous years. Numbers will again be restricted to a maximum of 40.
The course will cost £10 for the 12 weeks.
We will also welcome any members who, for whatever reason, have not been running and would like to get back into it. Please let me know by email if you would like to complete the course to get you back into it – please do not complete the form on line for this as you will be classed as helpers rather that beginners.
