MINERS PATH HILLS
Meet for 6.30pm start. Give Beginners warm welcome and encouragement. Dynamic warm up over field to top of invalid car park. Over stile and down miners path to valley bottom.
Two hills:- one leading up to road, and one leading up into Colton estate. Group split into two. One group make effort to top of hill leading to road, recover on same path. Other group make effort to top of hill leading to Colton and recover on Miners Path. Swap hills.
Relay to finish . Circuit of invalid car park hill and path through conifers.
Return to stretch off with Beginners.
